The difference in cost is enourmose it depends where it is located, length of lease, condition, use and local regulations ( some areas may have a nightwork ban imposed or noise restrictions that may include lorries attemdin the siite late at night
Any reasonable commercial estate agent will supply you with a list of available properties. eg Savilles commercial.
Why not ask an agent?, they will have first hand knowledge and could advise you on location
It really depends where you go in the uk. I live in a rented warehouse in east london. It’s huge, about 5000 square ft so about 10 people live in it and the total collected rent is of about £5000 a month!!

It really does depend on where in the UK you need to be.
A huge warehouse in, say, Cumbria, is going for one-third of the same thing in London.
