If You Rent Out A Commercial Space,such As Offices Or Warehouses,is There Scope To Use It For A Bar/restaurant?

Im looking to set up a jazz club, and all the best commercial spaces in london seem to be offices and warehouses, are there any possibilities to convert an office or warehouse space into a bar/restaurant if you acquire the right permissions?

    it depends on the zoning code of the district check with the city office first or you may not get a liquor license because of where you are
