    Have you tried TK Max? Not a warehouse but designer clothes v. cheap.

    middlesex is difficult but go into London and go up and down aldgate/whitechapel roads and commercial street.
    a good one is Albert’s in aldgate near the station. it is trade only which is presumably what you are asking for. most of the good ones are by the way,they don’t allow just anybody to walk in

    if you buy designer clothes from a warehouse beware they could be knock offs and if you find one find out if the designer has given permission as a lot of the designs get stolen and you could end up being prosecuted as a designer myself i would let my work be sold through a warehouse.
